Our Applicant Journey is simple to set up and helps job seekers to learn more about your DE&I and helps you to learn more about your applicants diversity.
1. COMPLETE YOUR COMPANY PROFILE
As part of your onboarding - and update as you go - tell applicants about your DE&I strategy, initiatives and culture. Take your Diversely survey to get your scores set up in the system.
2. TURN ‘SHARING’ ON IN YOUR DIVERSITY DASHBOARD
Once you’ve set up your Diversity Dashboard, tell us which elements you’d like to share with applicants. Start with just your scores, or be bold, and share your diversity graphs too. The more you share, the more you’ll get in return. Applicants appreciate transparency, even if you’re not yet where you want to be.
3. DELIGHT APPLICANTS, WIN MORE DATA
When applicants click on your job from any job board, they’ll be directed to Diversely’s mobile or desktop journey allowing them to:
Learn about your company through a DE&I lens
Understand your current diversity and your goals
Apply quickly and easily with their LinkedIn, CV or resume
